Detailed Product Description
Compared to the tradtional cylinder liners, it has three innovations:
1.Whole surface strengthening of working,overcoming of washboard effect cased by strengthening of plasma belt and 100% strengthening area.
2. Many high alloy element bombard strengthening forms hard structure of surface resist abrasive wear.
3 There is a high -strength hardend layer whose HV reaches 600 to 900 and brittleness lever 1 to 2. eg. it is with high hardness and good toughness.
